These terms govern your use of jazarilabs.ai and of the text messaging program operated by Jazari Labs LLC (“JazariLabs”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or receiving our text messages, you agree to them. Work we do for a client is governed by the written agreement we sign with that client, and where the two conflict, the signed agreement controls.

SMS program terms

Program description. Jazari Labs LLC sends transactional text messages to customers of businesses that use our platform. When you contact one of those businesses, for example by calling a towing company for service, and agree to receive texts about your request, we send messages on that business’s behalf. These include a link to share your location, a link to pay a deposit, and updates about the service you requested. We do not send marketing messages.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you reply STOP you will receive one message confirming the opt-out, and no further messages unless you opt in again.
  • For support, reply HELP, email hello@jazarilabs.ai, or call 469-815-8898.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of this website

This website describes our services. You may use it for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it or to our systems, or use it to send unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including the JazariLabs name and logo, belongs to Jazari Labs LLC. Ownership of work we deliver to a client is set out in that client’s written agreement.

Disclaimer

This website and our text messages are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jazari Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our text messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
