This policy explains what information Jazari Labs LLC (“JazariLabs”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the text messaging we operate for businesses that use our platform.

Who we are

Jazari Labs LLC is a Texas limited liability company. We build automation and software for businesses. Some of that software sends text messages on a business’s behalf to that business’s own customers. For example, after you call a towing company that uses our platform, you may receive a text with a link to share your location or to pay a deposit.

Information we collect

  • Information you send us directly. Your name, email address, phone number, and the content of any email, call or message you send us.
  • Information about customers of businesses we serve. When you contact a business that uses our platform, that business provides us with your mobile phone number and, where given, your name and the details of your request. We also collect the messages we send you and the replies you send back, your location if you choose to share it through a link we send, and whether a payment you chose to make succeeded.
  • Payment details. Card details entered through a payment link are collected and processed by the payment processor. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
  • Technical information. When you visit this website, our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use information

  • To send the text messages you requested or agreed to receive, such as a location-sharing link, a deposit link, or updates about a service you asked for.
  • To act on your replies, including STOP and HELP requests.
  • To answer inquiries and to provide services to the businesses we work with.
  • To operate, secure and troubleshoot our services.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

SMS messaging

We send text messages through Twilio, our messaging provider. We use your mobile number only to send the messages described above and to respond to you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. The full program terms are in our Terms of Service.

How we share information

  • Service providers that process information on our behalf and only to provide our services: Twilio for messaging, our hosting and email providers, and payment processors.
  • The business you contacted, for the purpose of providing the service you requested from it.
  • Legal requirements. When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or us.
  • Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as long as the law requires.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

  • To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message.
  • To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@jazarilabs.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
